“Overall, it was a great experience. The anticipated prices can be absurdly high at times, but if you wait a few minutes and check again, they will almost always drop. My greatest gripe is that I’ve had multiple situations where a driver is matched to me and appears to be on the way, only to cancel after I’ve already waited a long time. My other gripe is with the app itself. It can be difficult to locate a ride that you have reserved in advance. It’s not easy to check on pre-booked rides. – Torri.P”
